Summary:
Interested candidates MUST RESIDE IN HOUSTON or SOCAL. Client will not relocate candidates and they prefer candidates know area. Amazing position for a candidate with no responsibilities! This position will be split most of the time between San Diego and Texas, however there may also be travel to Colorado, Montana, and even overseas. We are looking for a creative and talented individual that can create hearty wholesome, flavorful comfort food as well as execute a beautiful presentation with their plating. We are looking for someone preferably with the freedom to take off at a moments notice and be fully flexible with their time.
Required Skills:
All chef candidates should have no other responsibilities as there is a lot of travel between multiple estates in San Diego, Texas, and possibly overseas. We prefer candidates that have worked in a private household before and understand when to engage and when to step back. Chef should have experience with menu planning, knowing where to shop for the best products and ingredients and have excellent time management skills. All chef candidates must have impeccable references and be able to accomodate parties from two to twenty people if needed. Candidates should also be free to work on holidays and weekends as well. Candidate must have a valid CA or TX Drivers license, no felonies, misdemeanors or DUI's excepted.
