Crystal Ojeda
Crystal is a lovely and warm, highly engaging Montessori Preschool teacher that has been working with children for almost 10 years. She has been a babysitter, nanny, teacher and mother! Highly skilled in her field, she holds 68.5 Early Childhood Education 
Units as well as a certification for preschool Director Orientation. Highly intuitive and very creative and is completely familiar with redirection methodology, positive reinforcement and choice strategies. She is loving and highly nurturing and is consistent in creating boundaries so the children she takes care of feel safe and know what to expect from her. We are honored and excited to have Crystal as part of our team, as she has been for the last 7 years!
