Dara was amazing to work with. From the very beginning she was straight to the point, while we had a phone call and then zoom she took down my needs as a mother of 3 and right away started sending me candidates a couple of days later if not the next day.
I love how organized her files were when sending over candidates it left me with no questions other than when can we start interviewing. All of the candidates that Dara sent over had great portfolios with a lot of experience.
I know staffing agencies can be expensive but I truly believe you get what you pay for and when it comes to your kids you cannot put a price on that, feeling safe, trusting, and comfortable with leaving them alone with a complete stranger.
What I loved most about working with this agency is they were not pushy at all with me, she allowed me to take my time looking over candidates and she was there when I needed her to answer any questions I had about specific ones. She just gets it, and understands what my needs were as a mom, wife, and individual.
