Seaside is place to go to find household staff. They care about who they send to your home. I felt most comfortable moving forward with hiring them because of the way they communicate as well as how they conduct their vetting and background checks. However, that's just one aspect that sets this agency apart from the all the others. They are also so knowledgeable about children, family dynamics and the matchmaking process its obvious. Mostly, they actually care about matching each and every family to the best nanny for their particular situation.

First let me start by saying how much I love this company. I am a nanny, there is something very satisfying knowing that this team of women know what they are doing. They are the match makers between the family looking for the nanny and the help. I have many years of experience in the nanny industry, but they have more. They know how to match personality with needs, style of parenting matching with nanny's style. The best part of the entire process, I think is that experts go the families home and get a sense of the family dynamics! This is genius to me. THE MOST INTERESTED AGENCY
Seaside Nannies is the most "interested" agency in San Diego. NOT ONE other San Diego nanny agency makes the nannies get fingerprinted before they are sent over and none of the agency owners come to the house and have a personal face to face meeting with the families.

TOOK TIME WITH ME
Dara was the only one in which took time with me on the phone to answer all my questions, and actually pay attention to what I was saying. I being a new mom, you can bet your life, I am not too excited to go back to work to leave my baby with a nanny, but Dara assured me that not only were all my fears warranted and realistic, but she also made it clear that she totally understood where I was coming from! She sent over 3 nannies that were all so incredibly perfect I actually had a difficult time making a decision. So I took advantage of trialing with all of them. It took some time, but we did hire an incredible nanny from Seaside and had a positive experience. Maybe its because the agency owner has been a nanny for over 25 years, or maybe its her background but I can tell you that I felt so good about moving forward with this agency then any of the others in SD. And she actually did exactly what she said she was going to do. I would highly recommend this service to any of the families in San Diego looking for a wonderful agency that cares more about what they do and how its done than just the money they received in the transaction...

Seaside nannies is amazing!!! They use a fantastic hands on approach that is both dedicated to providing the best nanny for your children, as well as making sure it is the perfect fit for the nanny. They are always ready to talk and help solve any and every issue or question you may have. She has the single most thorough agency in Southern California that you will find. They perform extensive background checks as well as makes sure all of their nannies are Trustlined and CPR/first aid certified. Also, one of the few agencies that does a personal interview with all of her nannies and families. Truly the single best agency.
