Kids are eating healthier now then they ever have before and making them a PB& J is just not cutting it these days… With all the research done on eating healthy and teaching children good eating habits, especially once they start getting into a mode of independence and don’t necessarily have to ask you for something to eat, its important that it starts early with what you pack for lunch each day, while they are still dependent on you doing that for them.
