We have been working with Gustavo (Gus) over the last 2.5 years. He is an accomplished, talented, and creative chef and has been working in the service industry for over 10 years. He loves using fresh seasonal ingredients and prefers cooking in the winter months, putting together meals that provide comfort and warmth! Gus has experience working within the private and public sectors and we are thrilled to represent him to our community here in San Diego! Congrats Gus for being Seaside’s November (and first) Chef of the Month!
