Adria is an incredible, polished and articulated bi-lingual nanny/house manager, housekeeper, caregiver and according to her references, she can do it all! Adria has been working with children for years and her age forte is infancy through five, however she loves children of any age and is a great cook when it comes to Mexican cuisine! She has experience with multiples, triplets, twins, as well as newborn care. She also has experience with children with ADD and ADHD. Prior to becoming a nanny, 
she also worked as a caregiver. Children love Adria because she is kind and honest with them. She is engaging and looks at each child as an individual. She believes in creating consistent and routine boundaries so children know what they can expect from her and feel safe in their surroundings. Adria is familiar with redirection methodology, positive re-enforcement and giving a child “choices” to empower their self-esteem. Adria has been with Seaside for over 6 years!
