Minimum Hours:
Our candidates require a 30 hour per week minimum on all placements, including temporary placements.
FEES:
All agency fees are based upon a percentage of the candidate's annual salary, with a minimum fee of $3,000. All searches require a non-refundable $500 initial retainer per search. Complex searches require 20%-25% of the candidate's annual salary.
NANNIES, HOUSEKEEPERS, CHEFS, ESTATE MANAGERS, PERSONAL ASSISTANTS, OVERNIGHT INFANT CARE:
Live Out Candidates:
15% - 25%
Replacement policy 3 months to 12 months
Live-In Candidates:
18% - 25%
Replacement policy 3 months to 12 months
Temporary Placements:
3 months or under: 25% of the candidate's gross income
4-6 months: One month of candidate's salary or $3,000 minimum
Babysitting List:
$500. List of 4 nannies who are looking to cover date nights. Each list is specifically chosen based upon the client's needs and requests.
Background Checks:
All candidates will have a Social Security number trace performed and all counties of residence are checked for criminal activity. A DMV report will also be included with all documented references. All childcare providers are fingerprinted and registered with the Trustline™ Registry before initial interview with our clients.
A LA CARTE DUE DILIGENCE:
Social Security trace, County Criminal record, DMV report, Trustline™ Credit Check, Sexual Offender check, Job Verification and Education Verification.
