Lovely family, repeat client, looking for a highly organized and polished candidate to help with all aspects of running four homes in two countries! This position will encompass oversight and management of a large estate in Rancho Santa Fe and NYC as well as 2 properties outside of the US. There is also a chance to add on another property in Montana as well. All interested candidates should be interested in a long-term, full time commitment, open to travel and have no other commitments or responsibilities.
Candidates will have complete and total oversight of all homes. The RSF household is the one most used. Candidates interested will make sure that the household is stocked with everything, comfortable doing Costco runs and light personal assisting if needed and have excellent communication with the other staff in household. Any candidates that are interested should be highly organized, intuitive and have at minimum 5 years as an estate manager overseeing multiple homes at the same time. Calendar management, vendor management (plumbers, electrical, pool services, gardener, etc.) setting up bill pay, organizing vendors to all properties make sure households are set up for Principals arrival to any of the homes. Have experience with booking travel, dealing with ongoing maintenance at all properties to make sure lightbulbs are new, batteries in remotes are working properly, oversee renovations, have excellent communication both written and oral. Bonus to any candidates that speak Spanish as well as English.
