Days & Hours:
Full time, 40 hours. Travel for the months of January, February and March to Florida. On 3 weeks and off one week.

Lovely couple looking for a fabulous, creative chef that can cook gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and very specific veggies. 3 days weekly lunches and 5 dinners in the evenings. Chef has access to their own private kitchen and Clients are used to being served between 5pm-6pm. Must love dogs, there are two!
Due to the heavy dietary restrictions, we would love to find a chef that is incredibly successful making delicious meals from minimal ingredients. The more you can "bring to the table" (no pun intended!) the better! Although not a strictly vegan position and some animal proteins/products will be present, chefs that are well versed in vegan cooking will be successful in this role! Candidates should be open to feedback, have excellent communication, be completely transparent and be happy to honor specific requests while adhering to the specific dietary guidelines. All ingredients are all organic from multiple sources including farmers markets, Whole Foods, Harvest Ranch Market, etc. Clients love farm to table style and do have their own garden on property as well to do some sourcing from.
