Summary:
Lovely family of 5 new to San Diego is looking for an incredible seasoned (career) with at least 10 years of experience family assistant. This candidate will be the extra set of hands to help drive, run errands, prep food and cook. There are 2 dogs and they are hypoallergenic. Our client is looking for fresh and healthy meal planning and preparation for family. The candidate will have full responsibility for managing all aspects of the kitchen. Some of the other duties will focus around driving the children to and from school, activities, play dates, camps, etc. Packing and unpacking children’s lunches and backpacks for the following day (e.g., ensure all school work is completed, pack gear for sports and activities, etc.). Pack and unpack children for trips/travel. Create lists in advance to ensure children have everything needed prior to travel. And event planning for children’s themed birthday parties and other events. We are looking for someone who can drive, loves to cook and someone who has been working within this capacity for a long time.

Required Skills:
Any interested candidates should possess their bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have experience with working with older kids and with at least two to three in a nanny role. Please show longevity at your past positions, at least 2-5+ years of consistent and recent experience working as a nanny or teacher or cook. All candidates must have 3-6 references from domestic positions and live a close proximity to the family’s residence in La Jolla. All candidates must have a safe and reliable vehicle for transporting kids. Must be covid, flu and Tdap vaccinated.
