This position offers flexibility with either live-in accommodations in a brand-new, private ADU or live-out arrangements, along with PTO that works around the family's schedule and exciting travel opportunities (passport required). Required Skills:
Responsibilities include: Serving as school liaison, providing homework help and tutoring, running errands, driving to activities and appointments, meal prep, laundry, household organization, breaking down boxes, implementing and maintaining organizational systems (Trello, Monday.com, or similar), grocery shopping and Costco runs, online ordering, taking children to the beach (must be comfortable swimming), helping with the family dog, and taking out garbage. Ideal candidate is: tech-savvy, upbeat, happy, creative, thinks outside the box, comfortable working weekends/nights/holidays, values teamwork, and understands that no job is beneath them. This role requires someone who loves variety, can anticipate needs, and approaches every day with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
