The Executive Housekeeper will develop and maintain comprehensive cleaning systems including daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal protocols while managing inventory of household supplies, linens, and consumables to ensure the estate never runs short. Primary responsibilities include overseeing all interior spaces, anticipating guest needs, preparing rooms in advance, managing relationships with outside vendors, and reducing reliance on external cleaning services by maintaining a strong internal rhythm. We require proven experience in private estates, luxury hospitality, or similarly high-standard environments, along with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
