Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience caring for a large, formal residence at the highest level of service. Day-to-day responsibilities include thorough deep cleaning of all interior spaces, impeccable care and rotation of fine linens, maintenance of outdoor living and entertaining areas, and ongoing support in the kitchen including refrigerator organization, restocking, and surface care. The housekeeper will also manage all household laundry with precision, organize and maintain closets and storage areas to an exacting standard, and care for fine furnishings, art, and delicate surfaces using appropriate products and techniques. Additional duties typical of an estate-level role include silver polishing, floral arrangement refreshing, preparation of guest rooms and suites before and after visits, coordination with other household staff to maintain seamless daily operations, seasonal deep cleans and organizational projects, and light errand support as needed. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of verifiable experience in a private estate or comparably formal residential setting, a strong understanding of high-end cleaning standards and materials, exceptional discretion, and a professional, team-oriented demeanor.
