This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking leader who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of building efficient systems while fostering collaboration with both principals and contractors. They should be highly organized and systems-driven, able to develop processes and train others in their use. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential, along with the confidence to ask tough questions, hold contractors accountable, and ensure the highest quality of work. The role calls for someone proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented, who enjoys research, embraces new tools, and is comfortable managing budgets, bills, and platforms such as Bill.com.
