Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager/Property Manager to oversee the care, management, and ongoing development of a communal living environment on 9.5 acres, including the construction of a new 4,500 sq ft house, renovations on a 6,500 sq ft home, and preparation for a multi-year renovation project. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property and estate management, along with significant project management expertise in renovations, additions, and ongoing maintenance. This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking leader who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of building efficient systems while fostering collaboration with both principals and contractors. A passion for environmentally conscious design, health-minded interiors, and communal living is highly valued. Once systems are in place, this may become a hybrid role. Only accepting local candidates within a 30-45 minute commute.
