Summary:
A vibrant, dynamic family in Beverly Hills is seeking a warm, resourceful, and genuinely service-minded Family Assistant to become an integral part of their household team. With two young children, a busy entrepreneur dad running multiple companies, and a hands-on mom fully devoted to family life, this household moves fast and thrives with the right support behind the scenes. This is not a position for someone looking to clock in and clock out. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and showing up every day with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make life easier for the people they serve. You will work alongside an existing nanny and housekeeper in a collaborative, well-run household where your contributions will be valued and your growth encouraged. The family is starting with a guaranteed 30-hour week with a clear path toward a full-time role for the right person who is eager to take on more responsibility over time. The household is growing, and there may even be a four-legged family member joining soon, so candidates who love dogs are a definite plus. If you are tech savvy, endlessly resourceful, creative in your approach, and truly energized by helping a wonderful family run smoothly, this opportunity is a perfect fit.
Required Skills:
The Family Assistant will support all aspects of daily household operations and family logistics, including grocery shopping and food prep assistance, family laundry, errands, post office runs, Amazon and retail returns, and any household-related tasks that keep the home running at its best. You will coordinate car maintenance schedules, manage travel arrangements and itinerary planning, maintain the family calendar, and research and secure summer camps and enrichment programs for the children. A key area of focus will be supporting the family through the preschool application process, which requires organization, follow-through, and an ability to manage deadlines gracefully. Beyond these core responsibilities, the right candidate will bring a forward-thinking, proactive mindset to gift research and purchasing, vendor coordination, appointment scheduling, subscription and membership management, expense tracking and receipt organization, and any special projects that come up as the family's needs evolve. This role is as much about being a trusted right hand as it is about completing a task list, and the family is genuinely
