Summary:
Seaside Staffing Company is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their fully remote team in connecting household staff with families nationwide. In this role, you'll guide candidates through the complete vetting and onboarding process, from initial phone screens and Zoom interviews to reference checks, document collection, and background screenings. You'll collaborate with the team to refine recruitment processes, proactively build a roster of exceptional household staff including nannies, family assistants, housekeepers, chefs, and estate managers, and ensure consistency and accuracy in screenings at scale. This full-time position operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST with flexibility for cross-time zone collaboration, and includes occasional travel for team sessions and candidate-facing events.
