Responsibilities include daily housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, linens, and general tidying; daily meal preparation including cooking, serving, and clearing; and running errands including grocery shopping, medication pickup, and package drop-off. The role also involves driving the client to appointments, events, and social outings; assisting with mobility and personal care during illness or medical procedures; preparing and organizing medications; and understanding emergency protocols with direct communication to family and local contacts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning the client’s preferred recipes, preparing simple nourishing meals, and adapting to dietary needs. The family is seeking someone who wants to stay long term and become a valued, trusted part of their household.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong physical capability, a steady and clear driving record, and confidence navigating long distances, busy cities, and unfamiliar destinations. A calm, helpful, and positive demeanor is essential, along with the ability to adapt to shifting needs in the household. The right person will be proactive, organized, and able to use prior experience to help streamline routines, create efficiencies, and maintain a smoothly running home.
