Required Skills:
Daily responsibilities include maintaining feeding and sleep schedules, cleaning bottles and pump parts, preparing baby-led weaning foods as baby begins solids, tracking developmental milestones and daily schedules, organizing the nursery and baby items, and handling baby's laundry. As their son grows, you'll support potty training, coordinate and drive to playdates and appointments, and create engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster language, social, and motor skill development. This family follows a gentle parenting approach, emphasizing connection, clear boundaries, empathy, and seeing behavior as communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with baby-led weaning, strong knowledge of child development, pool safety awareness, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. The family is also offering continuing paid education classes.
