Summary:
One of our fabulous repeat families is seeking a compassionate and versatile CNA/HHA/LVN/RN or caregiver to join their household team, providing comprehensive support for their child who requires assistance with daily activities. The position offers flexibility with both live-in and live-out options, featuring a beautiful brand new ADU available for live-in candidates. While having someone available for occasional overnight support would be beneficial, particularly when the child wakes during the night, this is not a requirement for the position. The role guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours when covering for other staff members.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must be physically capable of lifting 135 lbs and assisting with toileting, mobility, and transportation, while also managing household responsibilities such as grocery shopping, vendor coordination, and overseeing the child's after-school activities. Experience with scheduling and personal task management is highly valued. Live-out candidates should be flexible with early morning or extended evening hours if needed. The family is incredibly generous and will always make sure that their staff is paid properly and efficiently. The position may include travel with the family, so the candidate should be comfortable and available for occasional trips. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, discretion, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with family members and other household staff.
