Summary:
Wonderful young and growing family is seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to oversee their multiple residences and help coordinate their household staff. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with our current staff and our Principal with demonstrated leadership abilities who can seamlessly integrate into an established household environment. This role requires someone who can maintain the highest standards of organization and efficiency while respecting the family's privacy and child-centered focus. Required Skills:
This position requires direct oversight of a substantial household staff including seven nannies, three housekeepers, and occasional coordination with private chefs. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing multiple properties, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding project management abilities. They must be highly transparent in their work approach, maintaining clear visibility for the principals and other staff members. Technical aptitude is essential, as the household regularly adopts new systems and technologies. The family's love for their cats necessitates a genuine affinity for animals. Ideal candidates will be relatively new to estate management with a youthful perspective, while still possessing the maturity and experience needed to command respect. Most importantly, the family is seeking someone who will support and enhance their existing household team rather than making significant personnel changes.
