Required Skills:
You'll be responsible for the comprehensive care of this beautiful four-bedroom, multi-floor home with office and expansive outdoor living spaces. Your duties will include meticulous deep cleaning with special attention to ocean-specific challenges (marine layer on glass surfaces, windows, and fixtures), detailed care of baseboards, corners, and ceilings, managing household laundry including fine linens, maintaining an organized refrigerator, covering and uncovering outdoor furniture in preparation for the principal's arrival and departure, and preparing the home for gatherings and parties. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience working in high-end households with ultra-high net worth families, possesses an innate understanding of executive housekeeping standards, and approaches their work with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. On rare occasions, you may be asked to care for the family's smaller second residence in Coronado when family is visiting. This pet-free home with grown children needs someone who can start immediately and is committed to excellence in every detail.
