We are seeking an exceptional Estate Housekeeper to maintain a stunning 8,650 square foot estate in the prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. This position requires a highly skilled professional to care for this magnificent property while serving a lovely couple who reside part-time throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with extensive experience in UHNW environments with two super cool, laid back entrepreneurs, capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization with minimal supervision.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of interior housekeeping including deep cleaning of marble, stone, and hardwood surfaces, meticulous care of baseboards, floors, and all interior surfaces. When the principals are in residence, duties include comprehensive laundry and linen services, greeting guests at the door, waste management, and maintaining an immaculate living environment. This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Chief of Staff and manage relationships with external vendors including gardeners, pool maintenance, and other service providers.
Candidates must possess excellent letters of recommendation, verifiable references from previous luxury estate positions, and demonstrate proven experience working in large residential properties. The position demands someone who thrives working independently with little to no oversight while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and discretion. Previous experience in similar high-end residential environments is essential, along with knowledge of proper care techniques for luxury finishes and materials.
