Summary:
A warm and dynamic family in Westport with a second home in Miami is seeking a proactive, highly organized Nanny/Family Assistant for their three-month-old. These first-time parents are incredibly sweet and down to earth. They are open to guidance and looking for someone who can grow with their family long-term. This is a live-out position with relocation assistance and a housing stipend available for the right candidate. The role requires 50 hours per week with flexibility for overnights, date nights, and last-minute needs, as well as travel for 10-14 days at a time (have a passport!) . The family works from home and has an overnight infant specialist on board through February. The family has a dog coming in the future and will require an NDA.

Required Skills:
The Nanny/Family Assistant will provide expert infant and toddler care including sleep training, implement educational and developmentally appropriate activities, and maintain light housekeeping in support of the family's daily needs. Responsibilities include preparing homemade baby food, **light** meal prep and cooking, running errands and grocery shopping, managing Amazon returns, and tag-teaming with mom throughout the day. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with babies and toddlers, in-depth knowledge of child development and learning, and proven sleep training skills. We're seeking someone who is calm, nurturing, positive, athletic (swimming is a plus, as they have a pool), leads a healthy lifestyle, and is hyper-organized with exceptional attention to detail. The perfect fit is someone who is never on their phone, keeps tidy, maintains a great attitude, is open to suggestions, always engaged and proactive, and genuinely interested in going the extra mile. While an educational background in Early Childhood Education is preferred, it is not required. The candidate must have no other commitments, be available for flexible hours subject to overtime laws, and be ready to travel. Mac and PC proficiency is helpful in this tech-savvy household.
