Summary:
Amazing and busy family is seeking a dedicated, fun and active Family Assistant to provide consistent support for their household of three boys. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create healthy boundaries and the ability to create a harmonious environment. This position requires driving to and from school and after school activities as well as doctor appointments, be the school liaison, help with meal preparation, homework supervision, and general household management. The family desires a long-term commitment offering a minimum one-year engagement with potential for extended employment. This family is also open to having a Manny join their team!

Required Skills:
The Family Assistant will oversee school drop-offs and pickups, supervise homework and screen time, and provide companionship and behavioral guidance. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, laundry management, and ensuring seasonal wardrobe transitions. The role also involves assisting with household organization, helping kids follow through with their chores, overseeing homework as well as coordinating repairs, maintenance, and vendor services. Candidates must be comfortable running errands, booking travel arrangements, and providing occasional event-planning support. Experience with neurodivergent children, particularly autism and ADD, is highly valued. The ideal candidate maintains clear personal boundaries.
