Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Estate Manager to oversee the personal needs and activities of a prominent individual/executive and their family. **This family currently lives in the Los Angeles area, but will be relocating to Franklin/Nashville, TN area in summer 2026.** As the Executive Estate Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and managing various aspects of the Principal's household, including extensive calendar management for all personal activities, scheduling appointments, coordinating commitments for the Principal and their children, and communication management regarding schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with all necessary parties.
Required Skills:
The role involves supervision of household staff, managing one large property in the east Los Angeles area including hiring and managing staff, overseeing quality of work, and providing coaching and guidance. You will coordinate domestic and personal travel in collaboration with the Executive Events Manager, serve as liaison with other members of the Executive team, and execute personal errands, requests, shopping, and other needs as required. Requirements include previous experience in a similar role (preferably in a high-profile household or executive setting), strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Word, email, and calendaring tools, and ability to maintain discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to after-hours communication is necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits and a car provided.
