The ideal candidate will become the trusted source for all household operations, coordinating existing and future staff including cleaners, handymen, chefs, and eventually nannies, while serving as the primary liaison for ongoing home renovations and family logistics. Required Skills:
The successful candidate will manage comprehensive calendar coordination, travel planning, and vendor relationships while providing executive-level administrative support on Mac systems. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for realtors during the parents' relocation to San Francisco, orchestrating holiday planning and family events, and maintaining seamless communication with all service providers and contractors. We seek a San Francisco local with intimate knowledge of the city, exceptional organizational skills, and the flexibility to work both on-site at the family's residence or office and remotely as needed. The position requires an "A-type" personality with superior communication skills, as our clients greatly value over-communication and proactive problem-solving. Qualifications include proven experience in high-level household or executive management, proficiency with Mac operating systems, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the emotional intelligence to support a growing family through various life transitions while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
