Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have strong infant experience, demonstrate a high level of independence, and be confident in supporting developmental milestones. Responsibilities include attentive childcare, engaging play and outings, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Additional duties include family laundry, changing linens, light tidying and vacuuming, grocery shopping, and assisting with simple meal preparation for the child as needed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, take initiative, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with parents at home. A background that reflects longevity in prior roles, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to support the household wherever needed is essential. Language skills in Romanian, Arabic or Spanish are a plus but not required.
