Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly capable “Jill of All Trades” House Manager to support the smooth day to day operations of a private residence. This role is ideal for someone who is intuitive, self directed, and takes pride in anticipating needs and taking initiative to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, preparing meals, managing vendors and service providers, overseeing household projects, and maintaining overall organization. The ideal candidate is hands on, resourceful, and naturally able to identify what needs to be done and take action without direction.

Required Skills:
This position requires someone who can seamlessly step in wherever needed, including opening and organizing packages, overseeing housekeepers during their shifts, and ensuring all areas of the home meet high standards. They will also be responsible for hiring and managing household staff, as well as running point on all special home projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and is able to problem solve effectively to make the impossible feel possible. A Spanish speaker is a plus. The right candidate will be detail oriented, dependable, and solutions driven, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support a well run home.
