Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and polished Office Manager to support a growing office of approximately 15 employees. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and a professional, welcoming office environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and building management, overseeing office services such as mail and supplies, ordering daily lunches, hosting visitors, and supporting internal events. The Office Manager will also play a key role in managing logistics related to an upcoming office move, maintaining a well-organized small kitchen, and handling light phone coverage as needed.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate is articulate, proactive, and detail-oriented, with prior experience managing office operations and serving as a point of contact for vendors, building management, and internal teams. Experience overseeing an office relocation is strongly preferred, including coordinating furniture orders, desk setup, and working closely with IT to ensure seamless transitions. This role will also support onboarding by partnering with HR and IT to prepare workstations, equipment, and access for new hires. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor are essential. Spanish language skills are a plus.
