Summary:
A fabulous young couple in Beverly Hills is seeking an exceptional Estate Manager who brings the perfect blend of laid-back personality and Type A attention to detail. This is a unique opportunity for a polished, service-minded professional who thrives in a casual yet forward-thinking household environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, budget-conscious individual with butler-level skills but without the stuffiness. Someone who can seamlessly anticipate needs, protect the principal's valuable time, and maintain the highest standards while keeping things relaxed and comfortable. You must be an active, energetic person who loves dogs and has established vendor relationships throughout the Los Angeles area. This role requires someone who genuinely comes from humble roots and can connect authentically with down-to-earth principals who value substance over show. While this is structured as a Monday-Friday position, complete flexibility is essential, you'll need to be the type of person who happily adapts to changing schedules and understands that exceptional household management requires availability when needed. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Principals and demonstrate unwavering discretion, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for creating a beautifully run home.
Required Skills:
The Estate Manager will oversee all aspects of daily household operations including comprehensive calendar management, coordination of domestic and international travel with complete packing and unpacking services, and meticulous management of the principal's schedule and appointments. Responsibilities include preparing daily coffee, breakfast, and lunch; managing wardrobe and closet organization; coordinating all vehicle maintenance; and planning intimate dinners and small gatherings. You will conduct regular check-ins with household staff to ensure performance standards are met, manage relationships with all outside vendors and service providers, and maintain vigilant quality control over all services. The role requires maintaining detailed inventory systems, conducting Costco and grocery runs, receiving and organizing deliveries, and keeping the home impeccably stocked and organized. You will oversee all property systems including irrigation, surveillance, lighting, and climate control; coordinate all household maintenance on regular schedules; manage gardening, landscape and pool services; and coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements. Additional responsibilities include handling all mailing, shipping, and package management; house-dog sitting during Principals travel if needed; assisting with office staff and executive team gatherings; executing special projects; and managing seasonal decorating. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally well-connected with top-tier vendors, budget-conscious without compromising quality, highly organized with flawless follow-through, and possess the emotional intelligence to work harmoniously within a dynamic household while maintaining the sanctuary-like environment. NDA required, excellent references.
