Summary:
The Estate Manager/Personal Assistant will oversee all aspects of the principals' personal and household affairs, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, domestic and international travel coordination, packing and unpacking, gift purchasing, vehicle maintenance oversight, household budgeting, and vendor management. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, housekeepers, and other service providers; managing preventative maintenance schedules; overseeing household inventories; handling shipping, deliveries, dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and errands; and ensuring the residence remains organized and operating at the highest level. The role will also include personal assistant duties such as managing subscriptions and memberships, tracking important dates, assisting with special projects, researching solutions, supporting business-related administrative needs when requested, and serving as a gatekeeper for the principals' time and priorities.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a highly proactive mindset, consistently identifying and resolving issues before they require the principals' attention. Strong intuition, excellent judgment, and the ability to "read the room" are critical, as the candidate must know when to step in, when to take initiative, and when to provide privacy. Weekly in-person meetings and written email updates will be used to review priorities, ongoing projects, and household operations. Candidates must be highly tech-savvy, comfortable utilizing AI tools and modern technology platforms, and capable of learning and managing custom systems and applications. Additional responsibilities include dog walking, pet care coordination, pet sitting during travel when needed, event support, and assisting with executive or household gatherings. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, discreet, connected to top-tier vendors throughout Los Angeles, and committed to delivering a seamless, elevated level of service while maintaining a warm and approachable presence.
