Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant based in Miami to support our principal's Instagram growth strategy and overall social media presence along with helping run his day to day activities. Possible help with content calendars as well as helping him with his calendar and booking travel. The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to content creation while managing a diverse set of responsibilities including errands, shopping, and potential on-location film support. Our client is in the film industry and will need our candidate to be highly adaptive, creative, discreet and highly organized. This dynamic role combines creative digital marketing with traditional personal assistant duties, requiring someone who is capable of elevating our principal's online presence as well as his life!
Required Skills:
Qualified candidates must have 8-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in Instagram strategy and content creation. The position requires 45-50 hours per week, primarily on-site in Miami with occasional remote work. A valid passport is essential as travel may be required for film locations (domestic and international) and other business purposes. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, running personal errands, grocery shopping, coordinating schedules, and providing on-set support during film productions. Strong communication skills, creativity, discretion, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.
