Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper for a private estate. We are seeking candidates with an outstanding work ethic who can maintain the highest luxury standards for this magnificent 25,000 square foot property. The estate features extensive marble throughout, requiring specialized care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in 5-star luxury resorts or for ultra-high net worth family estates. This role requires someone who can anticipate housekeeping needs while working as part of our dedicated team of three housekeepers to deliver exceptional service throughout this expansive property. Required Skills:
The Housekeeper will complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks under the guidance of the Estate Manager while maintaining strict confidence and professionalism at all times. Special attention will be given to the proper maintenance and cleaning of the estate's marble surfaces and other fine materials. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as is the ability to assist with special events held at the estate. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in ultra-luxury settings, is required. This position demands schedule flexibility, including weekend and evening rotations, with longer hours when Principals are in residence.
