Required Skills:
Responsibilities include managing the 5-year-old's school-year routine, coordinating communication with the school, and keeping schedules organized, along with leading engaging, age-appropriate activities for the younger child, from sensory exploration to first baking projects. The candidate should be comfortable traveling with the family periodically during the school year as well as for the summer relocation, and must hold a valid driver's license. Strong professionalism, healthy boundaries, and the ability to work independently while staying receptive to the family's preferences are essential, as is being personable and well-connected within the nanny community. Vacation requests require four weeks' notice. Candidates must be strong swimmers.
