Their home is lively and welcoming, with extended family visiting often and a genuine love of hosting, from football watch parties to holiday gatherings. With a nanny and housekeeper already in place, this role centers on household management, organization, errands, and occasional childcare support, making it an ideal fit for a motivated, hands-on professional who wants to grow alongside a family. The position offers gas reimbursement at the federal mileage rate, two weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, and a potential healthcare stipend.

Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and consistently executing systems for household inventory such as groceries, cleaning supplies, and everyday essentials, since this role is as much about following through on the system day to day as it is about building it. The role also includes running errands, including grocery shopping focused on fresh produce and quality meats from farmers markets, Whole Foods, and local butchers; scheduling and overseeing household services such as landscaping, pool maintenance, HVAC, and servicing for the family's vehicles and golf carts; coordinating with the cleaning service that handles turnover at the nearby cottage; and ensuring the home is turnkey and guest-ready at all times. While a housekeeper is in place, the family is looking for someone truly hands-on who will naturally pitch in when a counter needs wiping down, toys need putting away, or anything else needs attention in the moment. This person will also lend a hand with the little one when the nanny is off or during busy moments like dinner prep and entertaining, so comfort caring for a young child is essential.
