A dynamic and nurturing career opportunity awaits an experienced early childhood educator in a role as a full-charge professional nanny for a close-knit, super cool, down to earth, professional family with two young children. Parents will fully set their nanny up for success by giving them full autonomy and anything they need to help foster the growth and development of their children. They are new at this job and are looking for a fabulous team player to help them with learning nuances in the field of child rearing. They are both working professionals and seek a partnership with a nanny who demonstrates the highest levels of reliability, organization, and dedication to their children's development. The parenting philosophy is gentle parenting with solid structure and routine. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing engaging activities that promote development across mathematics, science, art, and music, with a particular focus on developmental milestones from infancy through age five. The ideal candidate will be a devoted childhood development professional who brings extensive knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to foster the children's growth and education. This position offers long-term growth potential with a family that deeply values education and places their children's well-being at the forefront of all decisions. Hours will be a guaranteed 40 hour work week with need for flexibility as their schedules change due to their profession, which will be known two months in advance. The family is open to candidates outside of Nashville and are offering a relocation stipend for the right candidate.

Required Skills:
This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education with demonstrated experience in teaching through play, positive reinforcement, and redirection methodology, choice strategies. Candidates must be fabulous role models, forward thinking and have the creative skill set to bring ideas to the table and have the confidence to work as a team with the parents and grandmother. A seasoned nanny that has a solid a skill set with potty training, transitioning with kind encouragement and forming new positive habits is crucial. Candidates with knowledge in other educational philosophies are welcome to apply and Montessori is a lovely bonus! The successful candidate must be meticulously organized, maintain a neat environment, and possess a valid driver's license for transportation to activities.
