We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to oversee a prominent family's 2.5-acre Dallas property. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional who can elevate household operations while maintaining seamless coordination among existing staff, including housekeepers, nanny, personal assistant, and office manager. This role requires someone who can balance being a trusted member of the family dynamic while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the household runs efficiently and that all family needs are anticipated and met with precision.

Required Skills:
This position involves comprehensive estate management including staff supervision, calendar coordination, vendor management, event planning, and travel logistics for a family with four children (ages 5-12). You will assist with packing/unpacking for travel, streamline household systems, develop an employee handbook, oversee formal decor and floral arrangements, and manage smart home technology. Financial responsibilities include working directly with the household CFO on budgets and staff payroll. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, maintains a 24/7 availability mindset while leading a healthy lifestyle, and possesses high self-awareness. Experience with pool and tennis court maintenance oversight is required. Domestic and international travel availability is essential.
