When you invest in a partnership with Seaside Staffing Company, our first step is to have a heart-to-heart, face-to-face conversation. We'll talk about your must-haves and your dream list, and we'll create and review detailed job descriptions. Then, our placement coordinators will get to work on finding your right-fit candidate.

Selection
You'll receive 3 - 5 candidate packages to review, and once you've decided who you want to connect with, we'll set up Zoom interviews* and home trials**.
*In California, all childcare providers are fingerprinted and registered with the Trustline™ Registry before initial interview, which includes candidates being fingerprinted and registered with DOJ, FBI, California Department of Social Services, and the Central Childcare Index.
**Trial times should not exceed 2 weeks.

After you've picked your preferred candidate, we'll help put together their job offer with you and run any extra background checks that are needed. All background checks include a Social Security number trace, all counties of residence checked for criminal activity, and a DMV report. Initial candidate packages contain documented references and we scour the web and double check all social media platforms.
